Lauren Hoselton, Vice President of the Grove Collective and Founder and CEO of Total NIL, is a graduate of the University of Mississippi. She earned dual degrees in Integrated Marketing Communications and Psychology. While at Ole Miss, she was a part of the track and field team, served on the University’s Food Bank Executive Board, and was an active member of Alpha Phi Sorority, the Honor’s College, and several others. She received numerous honors and awards, including Chancellor’s Honor Roll, Homecoming Court, and Who’s Who for the Class of 2022. Lauren now serves as Vice President for The Grove Collective, the Ole Miss collective, which was recognized as one of the top 10 collectives in the country by On3. She helped raise over $15 million dollars to help support over 200 Ole Miss student-athletes. She has also been featured in Business Insider, spoken on numerous panels and partnered with USF for an online NIL certification course. Lauren is an active board member of M-Club, the alumni chapter for former letter winners of Ole Miss athletics. She also serves on the board of United Way of Oxford-Lafayette County where she continues to work towards ending food insecurity for those in need throughout Mississippi
